Would love to see a quick "who's calling" preview before the AI picks up, like pulling a contact name or last appointment date from my CRM so it greets repeat callers by name. Right now every call feels cold even for regulars.

When someone calls back, we do a lookup on their number the moment the call connects (indexed, so it doesn't slow anything down) and check if they've called or booked before. If they have, the AI opens by greeting them by first name and already knows their upcoming appointment if there is one, so it can handle "move it to Thursday" without asking who's calling or re-explaining what they're calling about.
New numbers still get a warm-but-generic greeting on the first call, since there's nothing to recognize yet, was your test call from a number that hadn't called/booked with that business before? That'd explain the cold greeting (we have different tones too for our paid subscribers) Happy to have you try a second call from the same number to see the difference if you want to poke at it further.
