As a CRM-enthusiast product manager, I wanted to share some honest feedback after testing your platform. Sorry if it feels a bit harsh and blunt.
The login and org creation flow is currently broken: it redirects to a 404 page and requires several workarounds to reach the dashboard. This first impression is critical for PLG conversion, so I'd prioritize fixing it urgently.
Several core features appear broken or missing entirely. In settings alone: disconnecting a Google account doesn't work, two-factor authentication isn't available, there's no account deletion option, and no way to remove linked social accounts. These aren't edge cases, they're basic account management expectations, and their absence raises concerns about the overall product.
Email sending is labeled as "Campaigns," but it's just single email sends, not actual campaigns. In the CRM world, campaigns mean automated sequences with multiple timed emails for nurturing or cold outreach. Calling basic email sending "campaigns" creates false expectations and erodes trust when users realize the feature doesn't match the label.
Beyond the bugs, the overall user experience feels unpolished. Navigation is unintuitive, information hierarchy is unclear, and common workflows require too many steps. A CRM lives or dies by how frictionless it feels in daily use. Right now, it adds friction rather than removing it.
Custom modules seem like a key differentiator, but there's no explanation of how they work, what's possible, or how to set them up. Without documentation or contextual onboarding, users are left guessing—and most will give up before discovering the value.
The feature set looks solid on paper, but the overall experience feels similar to HubSpot/Pipedrive without the ecosystem benefits. Attio has carved out a strong position by emphasizing flexibility and a modern UX. It might be worth studying what makes their approach resonate with users tired of legacy CRMs and how/what they shipped at their beginning.
I couldn't find automations or any way to add the full features in the free plan. For a PLG motion to work, users need to experience your core value prop before hitting a paywall. Consider unlocking automations (even with limited runs) so prospects can see the power before upgrading.
I'll be blunt, the UI looks like it was built by a first-year CS student or shipped straight out of 2010. Bland, AI-generated feel, generic stock imagery on the landing page, and copy that reads like ChatGPT output. In today's world, users expect modern, polished interfaces from the start. The current design signals "side project" rather than "trustworthy business tool," which is a dealbreaker in a market where competitors like Attio and Folk set a high visual bar at a very competitive price.
The pricing is competitive yes, which is a real advantage. But right now, it feels like a half-baked product that was shipped before it was ready as an MVP. I'd recommend focusing on UX fundamentals and core functionality before scaling acquisition.
