RFP Copilot is a decision engine for RFPs, RFQs, grants, bids, and procurement opportunities. It compares opportunities against a company’s profile, capabilities, and requirements to help teams decide whether an opportunity is worth pursuing, understand why, and know what to do next before investing serious proposal time. Most proposal tools start after the decision to bid. RFP Copilot starts upstream at the pursue / do-not-pursue decision.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m Jonathan Goodman, founder of Halyard Consulting and creator of RFP Copilot.
I built RFP Copilot after experiencing how costly a poor RFP pursuit decision can be. Teams often spend hours or days reviewing requirements, debating fit, and preparing responses before realizing the opportunity may not have been worth pursuing.
RFP Copilot helps teams decide first. Upload an RFP, RFQ, grant, bid, or procurement opportunity, and the system compares the opportunity against your business profile, capabilities, and requirements to evaluate fit, risk, missing information, deadlines, and next steps.
It helps answer:
• Should we pursue this?
• Why?
• What do we need to do next?
Most proposal tools start after the team has already decided to bid. RFP Copilot starts upstream, at the pursuit / do-not-pursue decision.
I’d welcome feedback from founders, consultants, proposal teams, nonprofits, GovCon professionals, and anyone who has felt the pain of spending too much time on the wrong opportunity.
