It handles messy real-world formats, canonicalizes titles and employers, computes tenures, and never stores résumés. Developers integrate via REST, a hosted MCP server, or Agent Skills, and every score comes with a receipt: which requirements were met, which were missed, and the résumé evidence behind each verdict.
