Hello Product Hunt! 👋
ReviewBeam is made by me, and I'm very happy to at last present it here.
The notion occurred to me as I was aiding a buddy running a little eatery. He felt truly awful about his 47 unanswered Google reviews, not because he didn't care but because creating a decent response is challenging and time-consuming. He would open ChatGPT, try to explain the context, get something generic back, rewrite it, and give up halfway through.
That seemed like an easily fixable issue.
ReviewBeam was developed specifically for this one work. You link your Google Business Profile, your reviews load automatically, and you create a professional response with one click – no prompts, no copying and pasting, no uncertainty about the tone. The artificial intelligence is specifically trained for review replies rather than general discussion, thus it knows how to treat a furious 1-star reviewer differently than a beaming 5-star one.
What I would want your input on:
Is the onboarding going well?
Do you have any preferences for review sites other than Google that you would want to see supported first?
What kind of company are you? (Helps me rank capabilities)
To mark the debut, first five replies are on us; no credit card is needed.
I'd love to know what you think. Ask me anything!
I kept seeing the same pattern: small business owners know that responding to reviews directly impacts revenue (businesses responding to 25%+ of reviews earn 35% more, according to Womply data), but they consistently don't do it — not out of laziness, but because the existing tools made it too hard.
You have to construct a prompt, copy-paste the review, describe your business, and hope the outcome sounds not automated when using generic AI technologies like ChatGPT. Still ten or more minutes for each response. A restaurant getting 30+ reviews a month entails hours of effort no one has.
Realizing the workflow could be zero friction was the aha moment: link your company once; reviews show automatically; click generate; publish. There is no prompt engineering. No tab-switching. Just completed.
The method changed considerably. Early versions called for manual review pasting. We rebuilt the ingestion layer so that it automatically pulls reviews. We also switched from broad AI prompts to a finely tuned approach based on review response patterns, hence the tone is always more polished than what you would get from a straight ChatGPT session.
