We evaluated several CRM and sales platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce, before choosing Revenix. While those platforms are powerful, we found Revenix to be more focused on the day-to-day needs of a growing sales team. It combines lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, team performance monitoring, and automation in a simple, easy-to-use interface without the complexity or steep learning curve often associated with larger CRM systems. The ability to get actionable insights quickly and keep our entire sales process in one place made Revenix the best fit for our workflow and growth goals
How does Revenix handle integrations with tools like Gmail or Slack so follow-ups and meeting notes actually stay synced without extra manual entry?
@tolgagqlu Right now Revenix focuses on centralizing lead management, pipeline tracking, and interaction logging within the platform itself so today, follow-ups and notes are logged directly in Revenix rather than auto-synced from Gmail or Slack.
That said, native integrations (starting with Gmail for email tracking, and Slack for team notifications) are on our roadmap, we wanted to nail the core experience first before layering in external syncs, so we're not adding complexity before the foundation is solid.
Would love to know is Gmail sync or Slack sync more critical for how you work day to day? That'll genuinely help us prioritize which one we build first
How does it handle importing data from an existing CRM or spreadsheet when we finally decide to move everything over?
@smet1525458 Revenix supports importing your existing data via CSV or Excel upload ,so when you're ready to move over, you can export your leads and deals from your current spreadsheet or CRM and bring everything into Revenix in one go, no manual re-entry needed.
If you run into any hiccups with formatting during the switch, happy to help walk you through it directly. Would love to have you migrate over when you're ready
The pipeline view is genuinely clean and the deal tracking is quick to pick up without a tutorial. Wish I'd had this when I was juggling leads across three different spreadsheets last year.
@hediye29383 Really appreciate this, thank you! That's exactly the experience we were going for something you can just open and start using without needing a manual. The "three spreadsheets" pain is precisely why we built it, so this means a lot 🙏
If anything comes up as you keep using it, would love to hear your thought always looking to make it sharper.
Pipeline view is genuinely clean and the deal tracking feels snappy. Wish I'd had this when juggling leads in a spreadsheet last quarter, would have saved me a few headaches.
@cihanatakent Appreciate this a lot, thank you! Snappy and easy-to-pick-up was exactly the bar we set for ourselves while building it ,glad it's landing that way.
The spreadsheet-juggling pain is such a universal founder experience, that's really the whole reason Revenix exists. If you know other founders still juggling leads across sheets, would mean a lot if you passed Revenix along always trying to reach more people stuck in that exact headache. Thanks for checking it out 🙏
