Hey Product Hunt I'm a 26-year TTRPG player who spent the last several months building a session prep tool for Dungeon Masters/Game Masters called RevelWright.
The insight I kept coming back to while building it: most campaigns don't fail at the table. They fail in the gap between sessions. The GM forgets what mattered. Players show up without context. Prep becomes a chore instead of a craft. The campaign quietly dies.
I built around a debrief-to-prep loop, structured post-session notes feed into a living campaign memory, which feeds AI-assisted prep before the next session. The AI is optional throughout. It organizes what the GM created, it doesn't create for them.
But I'm genuinely curious about how other people solve this problem from GMs and non-GMs alike.
