Hi Everyone! I'm Joy Lee and welcome to use RetroTasker! My Story 🐢 I really like aesthetics like frutiger aero, and 8bit pixels... and you know, these are old and not easy to see around. And I needed a To-Do list that didn't use tabs in browsers, apps, or paper. I tried to make a Todo list Chrome Extension with these retro - aesthetics themes, and it worked well. I tried to make RetroTasker as simple and efficient as possible, because that's what I'll be using. Features šŸ’› Every theme has common features: How much time you have left in the day Add to-dos, Add deadlines (so you can see how many hours you have left in real time), Add your favorite YouTube link (You can add any YouTube link, I used to save my favorite ASMR videos and play them when I'm working). Free to move between themes, applying the theme of your choice based on your mood at the time (All to-dos that you added are shared between themes) With RetroTasker, you dive into a streamlined productivity without sacrificing your love for retro aesthetics. 🩵 Once you have it, you have it for life, and it's free and constantly updated, so feedback on features is always welcome šŸ’›

congrats on the launch. the blend of nostalgia and productivity in retrotasker is intriguing. i'm curious, how did you ensure that the aesthetic elements wouldn't overwhelm the functionality of the to-do list? what guided your design choices to strike that balance?
