honestly the cafe24 integration is a nice starting point but it would be really helpful if you could add a way to sync review responses back to the original product pages automatically, like basically closing the loop without us having to manually update anything
Congrats on the launch. As a small D2C brand, I'd love to see built-in A/B testing for the email subject lines and send times within Retengo, since right now we still have to guess what works and rely on guesswork outside the platform.
