This project's focus contains myself too all my life I always struggle with falling asleep and waking up from sleep and no matter what I did I always either sleep too much or worse too little. This ends now with my app 'cause I'm aiming to getting enough sleep with maximum quality 'cause sleep is not about how many hours you get it matters with how your room condition is what did you ate before sleep and did you get enough vitamins and supplements.
