We built RestroSuite because we kept coming back to one simple question: why should a restaurant pay a percentage of every direct order just for using ordering software? Marketplaces can be great for bringing in new customers, but when someone already knows the restaurant and wants to order directly, we believe the restaurant should be able to keep that relationship — and the revenue. So we built RestroSuite around a simple model: one predictable monthly subscription, unlimited orders, 0% platform commission, and the restaurant's own branded ordering website. Along the way, we focused heavily on keeping everyday tasks simple: managing menus, delivery zones, pickup, payments, availability, discounts and incoming orders without turning the system into another complicated piece of restaurant software. RestroSuite is still evolving, and we’re especially interested in feedback from restaurant owners and people who have worked with online ordering platforms before.
