You set rules per star rating, so a 5-star thank-you can post on its own while a 1-star complaint waits for your approval, and you can approve from your phone. It learns how you actually talk, not how a template sounds. There's also Get Reviews for politely asking customers to leave one (it stops the moment they do), and rank tracking on a real map grid so you can see where you show up around town. Pricing is flat per location, month to month, no contracts.
