Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We're the team behind ResoScore. Like many of you, we're health-tracking enthusiasts who got frustrated jumping between 4+ apps just to understand our own bodies.
So we built something different: a unified health dashboard that connects all your wearables into one Body Resonance Score (0–100). Our AI Correlation Engine surfaces insights you'd never spot in siloed apps — like how your sleep quality directly predicts your next-day mood.
Privacy-first by design: Zero-knowledge architecture means your data is end-to-end encrypted by default. We can't read it, and neither can anyone else.
We'd love your feedback:
1. What health correlations would you most want to discover?
2. What's the biggest friction point in your current health tracking setup?
3. What integrations would make ResoScore indispensable for you?
Thanks for checking us out! 🚀

how does the body resonance score actually work under the hood, like what inputs go into it beyond just heart rate and steps

Hey! This is a fantastic question to kick things off. As a fellow quantified-self nerd, I also hate 'black box' scores that don't explain the math.
We wanted the Body Resonance Score (BRS) to represent true holistic recovery and physical load. Under the hood, BRS is calculated as a weighted average: Sleep (40%), Activity (30%), and Vitality (30%).

How does it actually calculate a single Body Resonance Score from such different metrics across Apple Watch, Garmin, and Fitbit without it feeling oversimplified?

@sezerklaiptebx Great question! We don’t just average your raw numbers. Instead, we map your metrics against your own 30-day personal baseline—so we measure changes in your body, not generic charts.
Plus, we use smart rules under the hood, like an oversleeping penalty and a burnout governor. Your score will actually drop if you are overtraining, even if you hit your step goals on paper. It's built to act as a true biological compass, not just a basic calculator!"
