Dopamine shapes our daily habits. Things like reels and all give us quick, high dopamine hits, which slowly make everything else feel boring. The solution is basically to lower your dopamine expectations so your brain can enjoy slower, more meaningful tasks again. To experiment with this, I built a very simple website. It nudges you to slow down... take a breath, read, write, or just sit and think.
