Two years ago, I watched a friend lose $15k in tokens when their wallet got compromised. The hacker drained the ETH for gas, but left valuable ERC-20 tokens behind - essentially trapped forever. Although we were able to salvage the funds by using scripts, I could imagine people who didn't have anyone to go to, or find people but are asked for absurd percentages after salvaging the funds. This is what sparked RescueFi.
The Problem: When wallets get compromised, hackers typically drain user funds but may miss some tokens. Current recovery methods of these tokens are scarce and mostly inaccessible; the few available options require exposing private keys to third parties — essentially trading one security risk for another.
Our Solution: RescueFi uses cutting-edge EIP-7702 technology to rescue funds WITHOUT your private keys ever leaving your device.

Great question! We designed RescueFi with beginners in mind while keeping security paramount:
🎯 For Beginners:
We have a Test mode + guide that let's you practice with testnets first (seriously, try this!)
Clear warnings at each step so you know what's happening
No complex flow - just forms and button that require explicitly state what to do.
On top of this, we can assure you that your sensitive data especially private keys do not leave your device.
The whole process takes ~5 minutes and it's faster once you understand it. We've had complete crypto newbies during initial rounds of test successfully rescue their first tokens!

Im so excited about the rescuefi project. Ive been a victim of a compromised wallet and thousands of web3 users are victims too. Ive searched for reliable products that could solve this challenge in a more friendlier and easy to use dapp. Rescuefi is just that app. Ive tried it and it works just like resetting your password. I just claimed my token in my compromised wallet within seconds.

I just tried it, and I was able sucessfully rescue a token from a wallet. Great tool!!!
