Reqly helps businesses manage internal requests and approvals in one platform. Users submit structured requests and Reqly routes them through custom workflows to the correct approvers. Capture the data you need with custom fields and build approval rules based on request details.
Reqly was built to solve a problem I kept seeing in businesses of all sizes. Internal requests were being handled through emails, spreadsheets, chats and even corridor conversations. That works for a while, but requests get missed and it's hard to see who approved what, and finance and procurement lose visibility.
Reqly is designed to give businesses a more structured approach without forcing them into complex and expensive enterprise software. Admins can create request types like purchase requests, hospitality, night-shift cover or software access requests, then define custom fields to capture the right information at the point of submission. From there, requests are routed through workflows and matched to the right approvers based on the rules you define.
The goal was to create something simpler and more affordable than giving everyone access to enterprise tools, whilst giving growing teams the visibility and control they need for internal approvals.
