Reportica Pulse: The premier clinical logger designed for student nurses, universities and hospital Trusts. It replaces fragmented logbooks, outdated Practice Assessment Document systems, and manual verification workflows with a unified, responsible-AI-aligned platform that supports the full life-cycle of clinical education - from first placement to revalidation. It also has a global iteration, Pulse Global.

Hi Product Hunt!
I am Conrad, the creator of Reportica Pulse.
I created Reportica Pulse because clinical education in the UK is operating at the limits of what its current infrastructure can support. Universities are placing more students than at any point in the history of nursing education, driven by the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan's ambition to expand the registered nursing workforce significantly by 2031. Each of those students requires structured placement documentation, regular supervisor engagement, evidence management across multiple placements, and a portfolio of reflective practice aligned with NMC standards. Most institutions are managing this with systems — paper or digital — that were designed for a fraction of the current volume and none of the current regulatory complexity. Supervisors are absorbing much of the resulting burden. They are expected to review logs, verify hours, assess behaviours, sign off skills, complete placement interviews, and ensure academic integrity — often for cohorts of students spread across multiple wards, with no centralised view of progress and no tools designed around their workflow. The result is inconsistency, delay, and in some cases governance failure.
Students, meanwhile, navigate a documentation environment that is fragmented by design. Clinical logs, reflective accounts, skills checklists, evidence folders, placement assessments, and revalidation preparation are typically spread across paper forms, university portals, email chains, and personal storage. The cognitive overhead of managing this fragmentation takes time away from the learning itself. Institutions — universities and NHS Trusts alike — are under increasing pressure to demonstrate compliance, audit readiness, and responsible use of AI in their documentation workflows. Most are doing so with tools that cannot produce the evidence those demonstrations require. Most learning management systems are generic. This is the problem Reportica Pulse exists to solve. It is designed specifically for use in clinical education and revalidation of nurses. Reportica Pulse has a UK focus as well as a global iteration - to cater for the US and countries with NMC-aligned nursing standards — Australia through the ANMC, Ireland through NMBI, New Zealand through the NCNZ and the Canadian provincial nursing bodies.
