Most workout trackers stop at logging sets and PRs. Repolve turns your training into a Strength Score and muscle-by-muscle Strength Profile, showing where you’re improving and what’s falling behind. Track workouts and PRs, visualize your strength over time, and compete with friends based on progress through monthly Seasons.
Hey everyone, I’m Nima 👋
I’ve been building Repolve for the past few months and it’s finally on the App Store :)
The idea started from something I kept thinking about at the gym: why isn’t there a simple number for strength that you can actually understand and compare?
We talk about our bench, squat, PRs, etc., but those numbers don’t always mean much on their own. A 225 bench can mean completely different things for two people, and comparing yourself with friends who are at different levels usually isn’t very useful.
So I built Repolve around a Strength Score and a muscle-by-muscle Strength Profile. You log your workouts normally, and Repolve tries to turn all of that into something interpretable: how strong you are, where you’re strongest, what’s falling behind, and how that changes over time.
I also wanted the social side to feel fair. Instead of a leaderboard where the strongest person automatically wins, Repolve’s monthly Seasons reward progress, consistency, and meaningful PRs. So you can actually compete with friends even if you’re at completely different strength levels.
The goal is basically to make strength and progress something you can see, understand, compare, and talk about, instead of just a pile of numbers in your workout history.
It’s still really early and I’m constantly changing things based on what people tell me. I’d especially love to know whether the Strength Score feels accurate for you and whether you’d actually use something like this with your friends.
Thanks for checking it out 🧡

The progress part is what makes it interesting for me way more interesting to see how much you’re actually improving overtime instead of Logan just a bunch of numbers. Excited to see where you take this. 👀

@rezabt That’s exactly the idea!! I always felt like logging a bunch of numbers wasn’t that interesting unless you could actually see what they mean and how you’re improving over time. Really appreciate it :))
