Yet, many business owners face a common challenge: finding the time and words to respond thoughtfully to every review. ReplyWise was born out of this frustration. It started with a small family-owned business overwhelmed by a flood of reviews by having a QR code in our lobby and having our staff members ask every customer for a review. We were thrilled but struggled to keep up with responses while managing day-to-day operations. Our intention to engage with every customer was overshadowed by time constraints leaving us feeling like lake of responses would make customers feel like we don't care. This scenario is not unique. Across industries, businesses want to show appreciation for glowing feedback and gracefully address constructive criticism, but the process can feel daunting, especially for small businesses without a dedicated team. The inspiration for ReplyWise came from the rise of AI-powered tools that excel in personalization and efficiency. Combining advanced natural language processing with the ability to capture a business’s unique tone of voice, ReplyWise was designed to give businesses the gift of time while maintaining authenticity. ReplyWise doesn’t just automate replies—it empowers businesses to focus on what they do best while ensuring customers feel heard and valued. ReplyWise bridges the gap between speed and sincerity, helping businesses foster stronger relationships in a competitive digital world. Every review is responded to, automatically, 15 minutes after it is left. If the business would like to respond to negative reviews on their own, we can automatically send them an email alerting them a critical review was received. In this email, we list the user, comment, and a suggested response to the review. This is all done as soon as the review is left.
