@elibeth_march I've tried it now.
Setup was easy, the UI is very good, user guide is excellent. Reply suggestions were always fitting.
But I think the personalization is still a big issue. E.g., even though I entered clear, precise, concise, analytical, friendly as "How would you like ReplyPilot to respond?", the suggestions were often somewhat wordy, repetitive, and included phrases like "that's where the magic happens" (which also sounds typical AI to me).
Also, I think it's much too slow (I used the free plan, will it be faster with paid plan?)
A bug I noticed: When I hit "Generate" a second time to get another suggestion, it often mixes up the new text with the old one, or doesn't output a new text at all.
I guess it doesn't take into account existing replies to a post by others? That would sure be a big improvement to avoid answers too similar to existing ones.

Totally hear you on personalization—we’re working on making replies more precise and less AI-generic. Also, yep, paid plans are faster since they get priority processing. The "Generate" bug is on our radar, and we’ll smooth that out.
And great call on avoiding similar replies in threads—we’re looking into it!
Btw, we just launched Personas for deeper personalization (as pre-sets) with a faster set-up of the tool.
