Inspired- ReplyIQ.tech was born from a real moment, I was helping a YouTube creator with AI tools for his video production, and we kept running into the same wall: he had no way to know which comments actually mattered. That gap became the seed for ReplyIQ. Problem - Creators and brands get hundreds or thousands of comments across YouTube, Instagram, and Google Reviews but there's no way to know who to reply to first, why it matters, or which comment could turn into tomorrow's problem if ignored. ReplyIQ helps prioritize and surface what actually needs attention. Approach - I learned a lot of new tools along the way, but the real shift was in mindset. Solving the core problem was just step one, the harder challenge was everything after: any tweak to wording, pricing, taglines, or a new feature always needed a second pair of eyes, which usually meant going back to code or bringing in outside help. So we built a dedicated backend + CRM that changes all of that. Updates that used to take a developer or a trip to a no-code platform now happen in seconds, it's plug-and-play, fully self-contained. And we built it with an eye on the future: it's designed so AI agents can eventually manage and update it directly, without needing outside intervention.
