ReplyGuy helps customers find out about your product by weaving it into conversations on Reddit and Twitter. Our AI monitors keywords and automatically posts a useful and relevant reply that mentions your product casually and naturally.
It worked when I used the trial - it actually did generate replies and post them to Reddit. As soon as I started paying, this stopped working. Support ignored me for 2 weeks and only responded when I said I want my money back. Even then, the issue wasn't fixed. I want my refund.
Just kicked the tires on this a bit and I was super impressed. The subtly crafted message that ReplyGuy whipped up was the perfect acknowledgement of the features and benefits that were raised in the initial post along with a stealthy introduction of an alternative brand option with out the slightest whiff of spam! Amazing
I was amazed the first time I saw ReplyGuy in action. I set it up for a friend's product and it started responding to Twitter and Reddit posts while subtly namedropping his company. And it wasn't spamming - it posts useful replies that got tons of upvotes and casually worked in a mention to the product. It felt like one of those life hacks that you wanted to tell everyone about. But also a secret you wanted to keep so your competitors don't find out about it.

This looks very cool. Congrats on the launch.
I was wondering where the users who do the replying come from? Would I just set it up with my own Twitter/Reddit account?
@mrtin We use our accounts for replies, we take them from different sources. But you can also use your account for automatic replies; for this there is a special section where you can add your accounts.

@alexander_belogubov Ah, ok, that's handy that you can provide accounts as well as letting me use my own. Thanks for your reply.

@mrtin@alexander_belogubov are there any unspoken limitations for the accounts? For example, some subreddits may not allow new accounts with a low karma level.
@mrtin@roman_shalabanov It is very rare that there are restrictions that our accounts do not comply with, so we publish replies in 95% of subreddits.

This branding is great, haha.
Curious - Is your launch comment written with ReplyGuy?
I'd love to see some other accounts that have used this, I tried looking up the account from your landing page - (https://www.reddit.com/user/Ophe...) and it looks like it got suspended by Reddit.
Sweet concept overall! Great way to automatically get the word out about new products. 👏 Congrats on your launch!
@esus Thank you! Yes, some accounts could be banned, especially more often in the beginning when I was doing a lot of experiments, now bans happen very rarely due to the high quality of the replies.

@alexander_belogubov got it! Neat product and totally understand early experimentation. :) Congrats again :)

This sounds really cool and congrats on the launch! Does it work only on Twitter and Reddit atm? After setting up the keywords etc and ReplyGuy does its job how can I see a summary of the replies it has posted on my behalf for example? Can you choose tone of voice etc? Really curious how it works.
@ina_simeonova1 So far this only works for Twitter and Reddit, but soon it will work for LinkedIn. In your personal account you will have a separate Replies section where you can view replies for your projects. You can provide additional prompts to the AI to change the tone.
Brilliant idea! I suppose you're using chatgpt right? So how would this work for adult or dating related products? I own some websites in the dating and adult industry and chatgpt is just horrible for those topics, sounding like a nun or a priest. Did you guys find a workaround that would allow me to promote any dating offer through your app on reddit/X?
