Hey everyone! 👋
I built ReplyFlow because I was spending way too much time replying to customer messages manually every single day — trying to sound professional and consistent while still moving fast.
The idea was simple: let AI handle the first draft. You pick the tone, language, and category, and ReplyFlow generates a reply that actually sounds human — not robotic or generic.
While building it, the biggest challenge was making sure the tone options felt genuinely different from each other, not just the same reply with different adjectives swapped in.
Would love your feedback, especially on:
- What tones/categories you'd want added
- Any languages you need that aren't covered yet
Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

How well does it handle replies that need real context from past conversations, like when a customer references something they mentioned three messages ago?

@ezelunluwzqh Great question! Right now, ReplyFlow works best for single-message replies rather than tracking full conversation history. It focuses on generating a strong, contextually appropriate reply based on what's pasted in. Multi-turn conversation memory is something I'm actively considering for a future update — really appreciate you flagging this, it's helpful for prioritizing the roadmap!

How does the AI handle replies that need specific context about a customer's order or account details — does it pull from a knowledge base or something I connect, or is it only working off the message itself?

@azadkayasu3808 Right now it works off the message itself rather than pulling from a connected knowledge base or order system — so you'd paste in the relevant order/account context along with the customer's message for the best result. Connecting external data sources (like a CRM or order system) is something I'd love to build next. Thanks for asking!

The tone selector right on the main screen is such a smart move, no buried settings or extra clicks just to switch from friendly to formal. Clean execution for a tool that's clearly built by people who actually deal with customer messages every day.

@kbracennetnefb Thank you so much! 🙏 That was exactly the goal — keeping it fast and frictionless so it doesn't feel like "one more tool to configure." Really glad it comes across that way!
