This product doesn’t credit any artists who make the icons that it shares.

Curious to see what type support the app will get going forward. There's some pretty obvious bugs/issues that shouldn't have ever made it into version 1.0. Some examples would be the ability to hide apps in the list, but there is no way to unhide them after. The app is missing a good amount of icons from macosicons.com, even though it's one of the sources it uses. One of the filter settings (show only customized icons) requires the app to be restarted to properly detect recently customized icons. While the app works at the most basic level, it very much feels like something that was slapped together in a few hours just to make a quick buck. The developer can take the time to advertise it across multiple subreddits, but won't fix simple bugs or reply to any emails regarding the issues. I'd hold off on purchasing until we know whether there will be any updates to fix these problems.

Fix the various bugs/issues that exist. It feels very rushed, some bugs are so obvious it's almost like no testing was done at all.

Replacicon work on my Intel MacBook but crashes on startup on my M1 Mac mini. The software seems rushed to release and despite sending crash reports too the developer I have had no feedback or replies to my email. I sincerely do hope this is not an indication of the developers support level. I had hope this would be a successor to Lite Icon which unfortunately has been discontinued but sadly this is not the case YET ! Please spend some time updating the app to get rid of the instability in your app.

The primary reason I purchased this app was because Chrome continually replaced the custom icon I added with a blank folder, so this app that is meant to automatically keep and replace custom icons sounded promising. Unfortunately apps are missing from the app list (including Chrome), and it never automatically replaces anything. A real bummer.
