Hi there! I run a small design agency, and I mostly built this product for myself. My goal was simple: be more available to my potential customers while I'm heads down. Then, I turned it into a web app so it would send me push notifications if someone asked a question on my site. Then I added one-click replies. And then the iterations continued. New feature sets, new valuable data and insights. The platform was becoming smarter, as were it's suggestions, and I was winning new business.
Fast forward to today, I decided other small businesses would probably enjoy this product as well, so I've spent the better part of the last 90 days refining and testing it, and I am excited to open it up to a larger group.
