AI shouldn't replace you; it should serve you. RepBuddy is a modular sidekick that handles the grunt work of prospecting, verifying, and research, so you can focus on being human.

Seven years of outbound sales. I lived the problem: you either dump accounts from a stale database and pitch people who quit six months ago, or you spend hours manually cross-referencing LinkedIn, testing emails one by one, and duct-taping APIs together to build your own enrichment waterfall. Every "affordable" tool sold me credits that evaporated on bounced emails and dead contacts, and every bill had a surprise on it. RepBuddy started as the tool I wished I'd had. Something I could just tell what I needed, "find me 25 VPs of Ops at Southeast logistics companies", that would come back with contacts that were actually real. Verified email, confirmed they still work there, junk companies filtered out. Honestly, it started as a personal tool, a scrappy local prototype I built to run my own prospecting. Three things changed along the way. First, I learned the real product wasn't search, it was verification: the win wasn't finding 1,000 contacts, it was the pipeline that rejects 900 of them so the 100 you get are mailable. So we went deep on the quality gauntlet, deliverability checks, employment freshness, AI vetting of whether a company actually fits your ICP. Second, we got burned by our own AI costs early (one ugly $175 day taught us real cost discipline), and that pain became a product principle: RepBuddy quotes what a run will cost before it spends anything, and credits only ever buy new verified leads, everything else is included. The thing that annoyed me most as a rep became the thing we refuse to do to our users. Third, it evolved from a tool into a team: instead of one chatbot, RepBuddy works like agents with jobs, one hunts, one verifies, narrating their work in a single chat thread. That's when it stopped feeling like software and started feeling like the coworker I never had. Now we're taking that prototype to production with a proper multi-tenant stack, and the roadmap keeps pointing the same direction: less tooling for reps to learn, more finished work handed to them.
