I built RepBuddy because working out has always been difficult for me—not necessarily the lifting itself, but staying consistent with tracking and knowing what I should be doing next. I tried using notes, spreadsheets, and existing fitness/productivity apps, but they always felt like more work than they were worth. Logging sets between exercises was clunky, remembering what I lifted the previous week was frustrating, and figuring out progressive overload often meant doing the math myself. So I decided to build the workout tracker I actually wanted to use. RepBuddy is designed around one idea: make tracking your workouts almost effortless while keeping you focused on progressing. You can log sets with a quick tap or simply tell RepBuddy what you did, and it keeps track of your history, calculates progression targets, monitors training volume, and surfaces the information you actually need while you're lifting. I also intentionally kept it simple—no social feed, no ads, and no giant collection of features that get in the way of your workout. I’m launching RepBuddy at $3/month and would love to hear what you think.
