We built this to solve our own problems with leasing as property managers in Miami. It felt like you had to make a depressing trade-off between speed, security and cost. So we started working on a little prototype for ourselves that took advantage of a few key ideas: > response time to new leads in the biggest driver in conversion rates > remote-guided showings are the perfect mix of speed, security and cost > effective leasing means having all your data in one place Almost immediately we saw the results and now are ready to share it with the world!
