Rental Property Financial Model Template: Analyze any rental property investment, instantly available

Hey Product Hunt 👋, I'm excited to be announcing my financial model template here today to hopefully help you on your next rental property investment. The financial model template works by: 1. Entering all inputs into an inputs page with clearly highlighted input cells for the user 2. The model schedules page then sources all those inputs to then project Revenues, Operating costs, Debt service, Depreciation, Assets, and Retained Earnings 30 years into the future 3. These then feed an income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow satement and cash-flow waterfall 4. An Outputs sheet gathers data from the statements sheet, presenting a detailed dashboard with key metrics, graphs and sensitivity analysis tables I'm doing this as a side hustle, as I figured out I could provide value to people all over the world in this way.
