The public CO-003 example is fictional: $5,149 in additions minus $1,648 in credits gives $3,501 net cost. At 12% markup on net cost and $112.14 optional tax, the change is $4,033.26. Tax and markup treatment must follow your own contract and jurisdiction.
It provides printable signature lines, not electronic approvals, delivery tracking or a cloud project-management system. Drafts are local, so export a copy for your records.
