I'm Joanna, a solo iOS developer based in Glasgow. I built RenovateIQ Business after noticing a gap in the market, every construction management tool out there is built for big teams with big budgets (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct), but most contractors I know are sole traders or small teams who just need a simple way to keep clients updated.
The problem I kept hearing about: clients constantly texting and calling for updates, contractors spending time explaining progress instead of doing the work, and no easy way to share photos or get sign-off without a messy WhatsApp thread.
