Hello, Product Hunt community! We - Andrew and Eduard, are founders and developers of the Renote application, which allows you to make notes with real-time collaboration. Perhaps, you might ask: «What? Another collaboration tool?» Well... yes, but not quiet. Little backstory. Renote is not our first project. There was a moment when we were discussing one of our previous projects, which was under development at that time: - Look, this feature should work as follows - first, a user clicks here, then we offer to choose an option, and after we show changed state and then suggest to finish an action. Sounds good? - Wait a minute. I'm a little confused. What do you mean? - Let me share my iPad screen, and I'll try to draw it in the notes. That is how we did our brainstorming for some time. But, unfortunately, all online flipchart and document editing services were too complicated. We don't know - it was our laziness, or these apps were inconvenient to use. But the fact is that it is a lot easier to take Pencil and quickly transfer your thoughts and ideas to a digital whiteboard. So that is how Renote was born. On the one hand - it is a very simple application. On the other - it has compelling features in its toolset: • Complete real-time collaboration Work together with your team to complete your tasks. Your data is instantly saved and synchronized between members. • Personal notepad for your notes, studies, and mood boards We paid much attention to Single person use. It is a comfortable tool for private use with all advantages of cloud storage (for free). • Document web streaming Let's assume that you are a teacher or you run a course. There is no need in flipchart to visualize the material - share the document link, and users will see right in their browser everything you do. All materials are being saved and are available even after the session. • Write just like on paper For maximum writing performance, we use Apple's solution - Pencil Kit, which allows you to enjoy the experience of working with Apple Pencil. • Straightforward and intuitive interface We developed it so that nothing will ever distract you - you could fully concentrate on your task. • Use objects We understand that just writing might not be enough. So we considered this and added the feature where you can work with objects: plain text, images, figures, links. Currently, we are welcoming first Early Access Users and accepting invite requests. Everything looks as if Apple made this product! The UI is amazing: nothing superfluous, simple, minimalistic. The landing page is also done to the highest level. I can't wait to see the product live. Left a request
