The idea for this app came from a simple but important challenge we noticed in clinical practice: adjusting medication doses for patients with impaired kidney function often meant switching between multiple guidelines, calculators, and reference sources. It was time-consuming and sometimes frustrating, especially in busy clinical settings. We wanted to build a tool that makes this process faster and easier by combining a creatinine clearance calculator, evidence-based renal dosing guidance, and educational resources into one place.
