Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m the maker of RemoTune.

I built it because I’m the kind of person who hates getting up for tiny things.

My music usually plays through speakers connected to my Mac. But when I’m on the couch, sitting out on the terrace, or even in the bathroom, walking back to my desk just to pause a song, skip a track, or change the volume feels like way too much effort for such a small task.

There are already plenty of remote-control apps, but I didn’t want a full remote-control suite. I just wanted a clean, focused app for play, pause, skip, seek, and volume.

My phone is almost always with me, so I built RemoTune to make that simple.

With RemoTune, you can:

It started as a tiny convenience for myself, but I figured I probably can’t be the only person who thinks getting up just to lower the volume is way too much work. 😄
