Hey everyone  👋 Thanks for having me, I am excited to share my first side-project that I actually finished: Remotextra - A remote developer job board with transparent salaries. As a developer myself I was in the shoes of a job hunter not too long ago, and I noticed some gaps in the remote developer job market. The first screening interview often revolves around telling you the interview process, and asking for your salary expectations. I had dozens of interviews where the expectations just did not match and we both wasted half an hour of our time. It is not a big deal, but I was wondering why don't they just indicate these kind of informations on the job ad itself.
