So many people just talk about the benefits and beat the remote-work drum.
I started working for a remote company 2 years ago. At first, it was incredible. The honeymoon phase. Then, it wasn't. I was lonely, felt isolated and felt no separation with work from home.
PS - Stefan, I don't think a COVID project is a bad thing :P
