Hi everyone! I'm the founder, engineer, designer and wearer of all other hats at Remote Easy! So excited to have a real product launch (I've been doing the work manually for 2 months)

I created Remote Easy to help software developers, especially in China - where I was originally from, to find remote jobs from all over the world. I was a product manager, UX/UI designer, and I recently learned to code. After spending my last 5 years in both Silicon Valley and Beijing, I decided to ditch the fast-paced life for a while and truly enjoy every moment, so I became a digital nomad. As I became a digital nomad, I started to look for jobs that allow me to work from anywhere. It was not surprising that there aren't many remote companies or teams in China. Luckily, given the years I've spent overseas, it was not too difficult for me to find freelance jobs from all sorts of platforms out there. However, for most developers in China who have limited resources of overseas remote openings, it's not easy to quit their 996 jobs and start a more flexible, rewarding lifestyle by working remotely. So I built Remote Easy to be a place for engineers in China, and eventually everywhere, to connect with tech startups from the world.
