ReMind turns AI chat into a persistent workspace for real projects. Keep prompts, files, context, edits, and answer variants in one thread, work directly from documents and images, then share the result with a read-only link. Stream responses, use it as a guest or with an account, and self-host with Docker. Unlike one-shot chatbots, ReMind is built for work that evolves across revisions. Fully open source under AGPLv3.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built ReMind because useful AI work kept getting scattered across disposable chats, attachments, notes, and copy-pasted results. I wanted a session that could remain useful after the first answer and evolve together with the project.
ReMind keeps the whole job in one thread:
• Streaming AI chat with persistent history
• Documents and images attached to the conversation
• Editable prompts and multiple answer variants
• Context that survives follow-up questions and revisions
• Read-only links for sharing finished sessions
• Guest and account modes
• Docker self-hosting and open-source AGPLv3 code
ReMind is currently in beta and free to try. It is built for makers, researchers, writers, developers, and small teams whose work takes more than a single prompt.
I’d especially love feedback on two things:
1. Where does the experience still feel like a chatbot instead of a workspace?
2. What would make you trust ReMind with a longer project?
I’ll be here throughout the launch and would be happy to answer anything. Thanks for taking a look!

the read-only share links are great, but it would be even better if recipients could leave inline comments on the shared thread so i can get feedback from collaborators without giving them edit access.

Love the persistent workspace idea since I constantly lose context jumping between chats. One thing that would really help me: a quick "diff view" between answer variants so I can actually see what changed between revisions instead of squinting at full threads trying to spot the edits.

The way you can pin files and images directly into the thread instead of re-uploading every time is such a thoughtful touch. Self-hosting with Docker is the cherry on top.
