We built Reluup because too many teams are collecting feedback, but very few are actually turning it into a clear, closed-loop system.
Across SaaS and digital products, the pattern kept repeating itself: customer feedback was scattered across calls, emails, chats, forms, and internal notes. Product teams were missing context, customer success teams were chasing updates manually, and leadership had no clean view of what was really driving customer sentiment, retention, or expansion.
That gap is what inspired Reluup.
The goal from day one was simple: create a platform that helps companies capture feedback, organize it intelligently, close the loop with customers, and make that process visible across the business — not just inside one team.
As we built the alpha, our thinking evolved. We started with a narrower feedback idea, but quickly realized the real value was not just in collecting input — it was in creating accountability, visibility, and momentum around it. So the product became more focused on helping teams operationalize feedback, rather than just store it.
