My clients had my personal number, and they used it on Sundays. I run a few ventures, each needing its own line, with freelancers who had to call from them. Every app wanted $19-40 per person, per month. So I built my own on Twilio instead, and it just worked flawlessly. Relay is business phone and SMS on your own telecom account, at cost. Free for solo freelancers who want a real business number: about a dollar a month from Twilio, nothing to me. Team plans from $17 CAD, that's it.
