I built Reflex Runtime because I spent years getting paged at 3am for incidents that were fixable with 3 kubectl commands. Same commands. Every time. So I built a system that runs them automatically. The core idea is the trust ladder: → Observe — watch and alert, you handle it → Dry Run — Reflex proposes the fix in Slack, you approve → Auto — Reflex acts immediately, tells you after You decide how much autonomy it gets. Per SLO. You can always step back. It's v0.1.11 — I shipped, found bugs, fixed them, shipped again. There's still cosmetic stuff being cleaned up but the core works.
