the model feels interesting but i wonder how you handle bad-faith companies gaming the system. one concrete idea: add a verified company review section tied to actual hires, so candidates can see before they pay if employers actually follow through on roles they post. would make the whole thing feel much safer from the candidate side.

@toprakz9eh Companies need to confirm their domain/work email and candidates only pay after 30 days they start the job, and only if we are able to get them a job

Love the candidate-paid model, it removes so much friction for hiring teams. One thing I'd want to see is a refund or credit system if a candidate doesn't land an interview within a set window, otherwise it could feel risky for job seekers paying upfront.
