Introducing Reeview I've been a product designer for the ~14 years and I started Reeview in mid 2020 as a design prototype because of my own shopping behavior of going to YouTube to watch unboxing & review videos before buying something online. This way, shoppers spend more time on their site and are influenced to buy more. Our solution Reeview is an automated platform to find, collect and display authentic user-generated videos. 1. Save time with automation. Effortlessly find & connect authentic user-generated videos to corresponding products. 2. Provide instant social proof. Display video reviews through custom video widgets that match your site. 3. Increase shopper time on site. Better engagement keeps shoppers on your site for longer and increases conversions. 4. Increase customer lifetime value. Better customer experience improves customer loyalty which leads to a higher customer lifetime value. Who is it for? Reeview looks so promising to me because although we all know that consumers have little to no faith in the word of a faceless corporation, who has the time to periodically comb YouTube for positive reviews for every product they sell? This is a salve on a pain point most Shopify users had resigned themselves to: “my bones always ache when it rains and I’ll never have time to paste YouTube reviews onto all my sales pages, such is life.” And bam, here comes Reeview, with its brand and sentiment monitoring, its automation, and its stamp of social proof. Shopify users who have tried Reeview have been surprised by their quick positive results (see case studies)—so now they wanna know: could Reeview please tackle arthritis next? Haha
