Why we built RecruitOS Recruitment has a strange problem: the tools are everywhere, but the work between those tools is still painfully manual. A recruiter can have an ATS, LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, calendars and document templates — and still spend hours every week copying information, preparing submissions, following up, checking responses and updating systems. We built RecruitOS to take on that operational layer. Instead of another AI tool that just generates text, RecruitOS is designed around the actual recruitment workflow: find → qualify → engage → submit → get feedback → progress I'm building this as a solo founder, and we're still early. So this launch is less about claiming we've figured everything out and more about putting the product in front of people who understand the problem.
