Congratulations on the launch of Recrooit @nevena_sofranic !!! Great to see a platform that transforms recruiting into a community-led process (Something I think it is actively missing). The concept of leveraging professional networks for referrals and the integration of ATS features for companies are innovative approaches. Also, the Risk-Free Replacement Guarantee adds a layer of assurance for employers. I'm curious, from someone with a recruitment background where typically tools are near free and the spend is on promotion campaigns to boost visibility. The jump from 0$ on a free plan to $249/mo feels quite steep. Can you justify the value there for me for 2 other job postings with unlimited VS 200 candidates. I would hope after sifting through 200 I'd be able to find a few to shortlist. Just want to wrap my head around the pricing decisions and your ideal consumer base!

@dzaitzow Hey Daniel! That’s a great question! Apart from the number of job posts, Plus comes with an extra number of admin seats allowing you to collaborate with your team throughout the process. On top of that, we are developing a preselection feature, AI flavored - but not spicy :) It shortens the list of candidates so hiring managers can focus on qualified applicants and referrals. @nevena_sofranic Yea that makes total sense - I wonder if you'd have additional success having a behind the scenes (Startup tier) that only allows 1 seat but access to more posts. So small teams that don't have the $ nor the seat requirements still get early platform adoption and optimally for your team, reliance. I know that is what you're doing with the free tier but I think there might be a niche out there who are priced out - like the service but don't want to feel capped. Not even something I would advertise at scale but likely an upsell offer I would create for volume free plan users. Anyhoo - food for thought!
