I was searching for neck pain relief therapy and mostly I found blogs (with exercises which I already followed previously and since it did not got give relief and thus searched for therapy) or massage and spa service.
But Massage and spa services in India are either very expensive and more of luxurious experience or are at affordable prices but are not trustworthy as of unaware of the practices being followed at the centre.
Upon researching more and digging deeper in search results pages I came across this.
