Delivery platforms quietly overcharge restaurants β commission billed above the agreed rate, orders deducted twice, refunds that weren't yours. Recoup audits your payout statements, flags every overcharge with evidence, and generates a dispute-ready claim pack. Free to start; pay 15% only of what's recovered.
Hi everyone. I built Recoup after realizing delivery platforms routinely overcharge restaurants on commission, and no one ever checks the math. Across thousands of orders a month it quietly adds up to real money.
Recoup fixes that. A restaurant uploads a payout statement in any format β Excel, CSV, or PDF β and it reconciles every order against the contracted terms, flags each overcharge with evidence, and produces a dispute-ready claim pack to reclaim the money.
The interesting engineering problem was ingestion: every platform exports a different layout, in English or Arabic, sometimes as a PDF. Instead of a parser per platform, I use Gemini to map any statement's columns to a canonical schema, with a deterministic reconciliation engine on top so the money math is never left to the model.
Stack: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Drizzle + Neon, Better Auth, Cloudflare R2, Stripe, Gemini, Vercel. Built solo. Pricing is risk-free for the restaurant: free first audits, then 15% of what we actually recover. I'd genuinely value your feedback.

Finally someone tackling the shady commission math on DoorDash and UberEats. Plugged in a recent payout and it caught a promo overcharge I would have never noticed on my own.
