The interesting thing is: Nobody cares who the real supplier is, as long as Amazon's superior customer support sits on top and is trusted to fix potential problems.

I think this is a waste and someone didn't do their research into how Amazin handles sellers with bad scores. They generally cut them loose. They don't do it just via the email address either, they do it via the IP and other stuff. Secondly, in their example they use, the areas are closed areas and only allowed via application. Third, due to Amazon's change in policy in regard to shipping, many of these locations are Amazon warehouses which have a protocol on expiration dates for even being able to send them to the warehouse.
