ReciteMail drafts your customer, client and supplier email in your own voice. Your mail stays encrypted on your machine and it never connects to your inbox. Paste the email you received, dictate a short brief or snap a screenshot. A finished reply appears. It never connects to your inbox: you import only what you choose and it stays encrypted on your own computer. Available on Windows 10 and 11.
It started with a solo dropshipping business in 2023 and an inbox that would not end. The same three emails, twenty times a week: where is my order, chase the supplier, apologise for the delay. Templates helped a little, but each one still needed editing. By Friday afternoon the edits got shorter and colder, and customers could tell. The tools that promised to fix it all wanted full access to the mailbox first, which felt like a steep price for help writing an email. So we built the opposite: a Windows app that imports only what you hand it, keeps it encrypted on your own machine and writes the reply in your own words in seconds. The Mac OS application is currently being developed and we hope to release it towards the end of this year.

- Tone controls including a Casual mode.
- Spell check in every writing box, a per-audience banned-words list, plus a floating quick-capture bar summoned with Ctrl+Alt+G from anywhere in Windows.
