Finally tried Recirca and the per-device margin tracking actually shows real cost changes as parts get swapped in, which is something I never got from a spreadsheet setup.
Looks solid for refurbishers who actually care about per-device margin instead of just order totals. One thing that would help a lot is a quick QR or barcode sticker you can print and stick to each device at intake, then scan to jump straight to that unit's record. Cuts down a ton of typing when you're processing 50 laptops in a morning.
